Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of AddToIt services provided by WikiVideo LLC.
Your account
You are responsible for information you provide, activity under your account, and maintaining the security of the devices and third-party sign-in methods you use. Do not attempt to access another person’s account or misrepresent your identity.
Acceptable use
Do not use AddToIt to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, abuse or harass others, commit fraud, or attempt to bypass safety, security, access, or usage controls.
Content and rights
You remain responsible for content or information you submit and for having the rights needed to submit it. AddToIt may need limited rights to host, process, transmit, display, protect, or otherwise handle submitted material in order to provide the service and maintain legitimate shared-service interests.
Subscriptions and third-party services
Purchases made through Apple or Google are also subject to the applicable store’s terms, billing rules, and cancellation process. Account deletion does not necessarily cancel an app-store subscription; active subscriptions should be cancelled through the store where they were purchased.
Suspension, termination, and deletion
Access may be limited or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, abuse, legal compliance, or material violations of these terms. You may request account deletion through the app or at our web deletion page.
Service availability
AddToIt may change over time and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
