Delete your AddToIt account

You can start an account-deletion request here without opening or reinstalling the AddToIt app. AddToIt is operated by WikiVideo LLC.

Request account deletion

Submitting this form creates a deletion request. It does not immediately delete an account, and a typed email address by itself does not authorize deletion.

AddToIt username or account identifier If you know it, enter a username or other account identifier associated with your AddToIt account.

Contact email We may use this address to contact you about identity verification and the request.

We may need to verify that you control the account before deletion is processed.

After verification, the request is handled through AddToIt’s account-deletion process.

Subscriptions are managed separately

Deleting your AddToIt account does not necessarily cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google. If you have an active store subscription, cancel it separately through the store where you purchased it to prevent future renewals.

What deletion means

AddToIt uses a genuine account-deletion process rather than simply freezing or deactivating an account. After identity verification, account-associated personal data is deleted or deidentified as appropriate.

Some limited information may be retained where legitimately required, such as security or fraud evidence, financial or payment-servicing records, legal or regulatory records, provider receipts, or information needed to preserve another user’s legitimate interests or shared content. Retention is limited to the applicable purpose.
