Information we may handle

Depending on how you use AddToIt, information may include account and sign-in information, content or information you choose to submit, service activity, device and diagnostic information, support or safety communications, and subscription or transaction metadata provided by app stores or payment/service providers.

How information is used

We use information to operate and improve AddToIt, authenticate accounts, provide requested features, protect users and the service, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, administer purchases or payments when applicable, comply with legal obligations, and maintain service reliability.

Service providers and disclosures

We may use service providers for cloud hosting, authentication, app-store services, communications, security, diagnostics, and payment or transaction processing where applicable. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or enforce applicable terms.

WikiVideo LLC does not sell personal information to advertisers.

Account deletion

You can initiate an AddToIt account-deletion request outside the app at addtoit.app/delete-account. Identity verification may be required before deletion is completed.

A verified deletion request is handled as a genuine account deletion. Some limited information may be retained where legitimately required for security or fraud prevention, financial or payment servicing, legal or regulatory obligations, provider receipts, or to preserve another user’s legitimate interests or shared content. We do not use account deletion as a reason to freeze an account while retaining everything indefinitely.

Security and data minimization

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No system is perfectly secure, so we also try to limit the information collected and retained to what is reasonably needed for the applicable purpose.

This notice may be updated as AddToIt evolves or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
